Had these at Google, but I haven't tried the recipe yet. If they turn out anything like the Google ones, I'd eat 30 of them :)

- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2-1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 5 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup frozen corn kernels (optional)
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and minced
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Spray muffin tins with PAM
- Combine eggs, buttermilk, and melted butter in a bowl
- In another large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and whisk together to blend
- Add the shredded cheese and corn kernels to the dry ingredients
- Add the wet ingredients and mix gently, until everything is moist (do not over mix)
- Fill muffin tins about 3/4 of the way full
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until brown
