Ingredients:
- 4 soft avocados
- 2 roma tomato, diced small
- 1/3 white onion, diced small
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 to 1 lime
- salt and pepper
- Cilantro
- Shell and mash avocados with fork to desired chunkiness
- Mix in tomato, onion, garlic, and minced cilantro
- Cut lime in half and squeeze into guac through your hand to catch the seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste. Stir well.
- Serve with chips, burgers, sandwiches, tacos, whatever.
